06 THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE SPACES

Rooted in craft.
Made personal.

For founder Diego Almeida, furniture has always been part of the family story. He learned alongside his father at Figueiredo Móveis in Brazil, later leading the business for two decades.

After moving to the United States in 2019, Diego founded Hommes in Orlando in 2021—bringing that experience into a new chapter of custom interiors, thoughtful design, and personal service.

A LITTLE MORE TO KNOW

Before
we begin.

Is the initial design consultation free?

Yes. Start with a free design consultation to discuss your ideas, the spaces you want to work on, and the next steps for your project.

Can I start with just a kitchen or a closet?

Absolutely. You can contact Hommes about a single space or a broader home project. Share your priorities in the consultation form.

Where can I see the materials and finishes?

Visit our Orlando showroom at 3701 John Young Pkwy #105. You can explore kitchens, closets, and other room displays, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

What should I prepare for my consultation?

Photos of your space, approximate dimensions or a floor plan, and a few references you love are helpful. You can also share your budget and desired timing.

How long will my project take?

Timing depends on the scope, material selections, manufacturing, and installation requirements. Deadlines are defined with the contract; technical measurement and drawing approval follow before production. The team coordinates delivery dates with you.

What determines the cost of custom cabinetry?

The size and number of spaces, cabinet layout, finishes, hardware, interior accessories, and installation requirements all affect the price. Share your project scope and budget so the team can prepare a proposal around your priorities.

Who takes the final measurements?

After the sale and contract stage, Hommes schedules an on-site technical measurement. The design is adjusted to the space, and the detailed shop drawings are reviewed and approved before manufacturing.

Does Hommes coordinate cabinetry installation?

Yes. The process includes delivery coordination, on-site assembly by a specialized team, a quality check, and a final review with you. Any necessary adjustments and after-sales support follow the installation.

What warranty and aftercare are available?

Hommes provides a five-year limited warranty from completed installation for covered structural cabinetry components, architectural elements, and proprietary installations against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Conditions and exclusions apply, including misuse, environmental damage, and unauthorized alterations; third-party components follow their manufacturers’ warranties. Your consultant provides the applicable warranty document and care guidance at handover. Contact the team for after-sales assistance.

YOUR HOME. YOUR VISION. OUR ATTENTION.
